Options
Front bellows [Option symbol :J]
・This bellows is used to prevent dust from entering the main unit from the front of the lift master.
Corresponding stroke :From 400mm to 1,200mm
※Contact us if bellows mounting is desired for strokes exceeding 1200 mm.
※Only when the stroke length is 800mm and 1200 mm among LME0200 Series/ LME0500 Series, the effective stroke length with the bellows in front side is shortened. For details, please contact us.

Additional position detection sensor [Option symbol :L1~L3]
・The standard product is equipped with 4 position detection sensors (2 pcs for S-speed only). However, up to 3 pcs for S-speed only and 1 pc for other speeds are available in the optional range.
・The option code is [L1] when one sensor is added, [L2] when two sensors are added, and [L3] when three sensors are added. Contact us if you wish to add more sensors.

Motor voltage 400V class [Option symbol :V]
・The voltage of driving motors is changed to 400V.

Change the motor mounting direction [Option symbol :D1~D3]
・The mounting direction of the motor can be changed according to the installation location of the equipment, the mounting of the workpiece, the transfer direction of the conveyed object, etc.
※The total height may change depending on the motor mounting direction and stroke length.
※Since the motor of LME0200S series is located at the top, the area of the grounding plane with the floor in any direction is the same as that of the standard product. Contact us regarding the dimensions that the motor part and flange part protrude from the guide part.
※The drawings and dimensional table below show the specifications with a three-phase motor. A servo motor is also available as an option, so please contact us.

Special specifications
Wall mounted specs
Wall mounted specs are also available when the Lift Master cannot be installed on the floor. Enables more compact designs by effectively using the sides of equipment's robust frame.
Drop prevention specs
A special drop prevention pin on the Lift Master prevents the work from dropping.
Swivel shaft specs
A manual swiveling mechanism is installed where the work is mounted.
Low profile specs
Low profile specs allow installation even in spaces where standard Lift Masters could not be installed.
High speed Specifications
High speed specs with a max. speed of 500mm/s. Be sure to provide the motor with a servo motor. Please contact us in details. ※A general-purpose motor can be used with high speed specs with a max. speed of 300mm/sec by using inverter control.
Dust and drip preventive specs
A Lift Master with dust and drip preventive functions. Available for environments where there is machining oil and coolant spatter. ※Not for outdoor use.
Horizontal conveyance
Lift Masters for horizontal conveyance are also available.
High rigidity specs
Specifications with reinforced main pillars are also available for problems due to vibration when lifting or sag when stopping.
Synchronized line shaft specs
Synchronized operation is possible by connecting a Lift Master with Tsubaki Echt-Flex Coupling and Miter Gear Box. Tsubaki offer gear motors and other systems that match your usage conditions.
