Suppresses slippage of conveyed objects and realizes reliable inclined conveyance!
A herringbone-shaped rubber was attached to the conveying surface by double injection molding (integral molding of different materials).
Conveying surface has high friction, which suppresses slippage of conveyed products and is suitable for inclined conveyance.
Suitable for replacement from belt conveyor thanks to the features of WT1510 series "can be configured in increments of 50mm in width" and " can be configured in-line layout using nose bars", in addition to Plastic Modular chain's features of "easy maintenance" and "reliable drive".

- NOTE) The max. inclined angle is a guideline without lubrication. Varies depending on the conveyance conditions and specification.
[Maximum inclined angle: 20 degrees] Rubber on the conveying surface prevents slipping with high friction.
Enables inclined conveyance with less slipping off thanks to a herringbone-shaped rubber molded by double injection molding on conveyance surface of chain.

Possible to transfer smoothly to next process.
Compared to WTM2535G-M type (magnet type) and WT1515F-W type (flight type), WT1515VG-W type (rubber type) can be transferred conveyed product smoothly to next process, owing to configure in-line layout without using transfer plate between conveyors.

Possible for easy maintenance and partial repair
"Slit pin system" with integrated plug is adopted for chain width 50mm and 100mm. Easy maintenance and partial repair is possible.
- Note) 1. Conventional base pin and plug retention system is also supported.
- 2. For a chain width of 150mm or wider, base pin and plug retention system is used.
