Features of Low Noise Chain
Uses Tsubaki's uniquely structured spring rollers for the chain rollers.
When Tsubaki's Low Noise Roller Chain engages the sprocket, the spring roller deforms and absorbs the force of impact, reducing impact noise between chain-sprocket and achieves low noise.
Proposal for noise reduction
- ・Reduces factory noise and contributes to an improved work environment.
- ・Lowers the noise level of equipment the chain is installed in, helping create an image of improved quality.
- ・It is a measure when the belt cannot be used due to restrictions such as strength, usage amount and cost, even if noise is reduced.
- ・Suppresses the generation of noise in places where sound is important, such as on a stage.
