Features

・Uses a D-pin shape with a protrusion on one side

Compared with conventional knurled pin type, this prevents pin falling out problems and pin hole fitting cracks. It also prevents poor articulation caused by link leg's slant during disconnection.
・Installed a structure for preventing false insertion of pivot

Installed a structure for preventing false insertion of pivot on a pivot and a back of link. This eliminates mistakes in the direction of pivot insertion during chain assembly and connection, which can prevent poor chain and sprocket engagement.
・Stable transportation

Plate structure reduces the gaps between links during sideflexing, and is suitable for the stable conveyance of conveyed objects.
・Minimum sideflex radius: 140mm

Smaller sideflex radius than conventional top chains (TTUP and TPU types). Ideal for conveyance in tight spaces
・High allowable load

Allowable load is about 1.8 times that of TTUP type, making it ideal for high load conditions.
