Plastic Series

Plastic cable carrier with a wide product lineup from small to large size and easy to handle.
Most suitable plastic cable carrier according to the applications can be selected, such as popular and wide-variation TKP Series, TKR Series with low noise and low dust generation, and TKZP Series with zip construction that can be easily set cables, etc.

Steel Series

Steel cable carrier with high strength, high rigidity, and excellent durability.
Wide variety of products are available, such as TK Series with machining stay bores to match the cable diameter, closed type TKF Series to protect cables from dust and spattering, and LS-Series with excellent dynamic function thanks to lightweight.
Special types such as stainless steel types and circular travel arrangement are also available.

3D Series

Cable carrier that enables free movement in 3-dimensional space.

 

Made of polyamide resin, it is lightweight and has high toughness.

Connection between the connector and the base chain is single-touch, and the joint is waterproof.

Three-dimensional space can be moved freely, as well as fixed piping.

Connection of link-link and link-end link is spherical and fit loosely.

This spherical surface follows three-dimensional movement and twist (rotation).

Bending radius (R100) is limited by the end face of link.

Steel wires support large tension.

Open structure allows cables to be pushed in and inserted, making maintenance work easy.

Ideal for turning robots.

Achieves industry top ultra-low debris generation and cleanliness.
In addition, this is a cable system exclusively for clean rooms that is preassembled with dedicated flexible cables and pneumatic tubes to match the customer's operating conditions.

CLEANVEYOR is a cable system dedicated to clean rooms that achieves zero debris generation.
Achieves ISO class 1 in terms of cleanliness and has a long life that clears more than 10 million bendings. Noise level is as low as 38 dB (A) or less.
Dedicated cables and tubes depending on the operation conditions are preassembled and provided.

 

TOTALTRAX

Delivery with the necessary cables and hoses preassembled (set) in the cable carrier.

・Applicable for all types of cable carriers

・Either the flexible cable for exclusive use of our cable carrier or the motor cable made by other companies specified by the customer also can be applied.

・Hoses and tubes are available as specified by the customer or equivalent.

・Cables and hoses with attached end connector (assembled with connectors/metal fittings specified by the customer or equivalent) can also be supported.

・Cables (made by other companies), hoses, tubes and end connector specified by the customer can be procured by us or supplied by the customer.

 

FLATVEYOR

Freestanding flat cable system with Tsubaki cable carrier technology

・Achieves ISO Class 2 cleanliness and contributes to yield rate improvement.
