TSM4000 Basic Operation

TSM4000 Basic Operation Overload Operation Mode
  • ・Based on the preset overload detection level, sends out an abnormal signal when overload (or light-load) conditions continue to exceed the preset period of time (shock time).
  • ・Offers 2 types of upper limit abnormal signals and 1 for lower limit. They can be used as an alarm signal or a motor stop signal.
  • ・During the motor start time, the overload identifying function does not work to avoid output errors in the course of acceleration.
  • ・Torque monitoring function (20 to 120Hz) available for use with an inverter.
  • ・When the motor starts, both the set start time and shock time are simultaneously counted and whichever is longer will be effective.
