Combining a touch-screen display and the Shock Monitor with optional communication features allows you to display the Shock Monitor current value and trend graph on the distant indicator. You can also change the Shock Monitor parameters from a distance.
TSM4000 Basic Operation
- ・Based on the preset overload detection level, sends out an abnormal signal when overload (or light-load) conditions continue to exceed the preset period of time (shock time).
- ・Offers 2 types of upper limit abnormal signals and 1 for lower limit. They can be used as an alarm signal or a motor stop signal.
- ・During the motor start time, the overload identifying function does not work to avoid output errors in the course of acceleration.
- ・Torque monitoring function (20 to 120Hz) available for use with an inverter.
- ・When the motor starts, both the set start time and shock time are simultaneously counted and whichever is longer will be effective.
