Linispeed Jack
- The LiniSpeed Jack is an innovative jack that provides high-speed, high-frequency operations and low-floor specifications.
- Achieves high speed operation (maximum 200mm/s) and a maximum 100% ED hourly allowable load rate to help boost equipment productivity.
Available in smaller sizes than previous jacks, despite the increased operation speed. In addition, it enables low-floor specifications thanks to its new design to help contribute to more compact equipment.

・Ultra-high Speed
Conventional jacks could not provide high-speed operation over 120mm/s. Furthermore, the greater the speed, the more you needed to increase the size.
Linispeed Jacks provide a rated thrust that can convey large loads in 200mm/s high-speed operations with no increase in size. -
・Lower height and compact design
The Linispeed Jack features a compact design by incorporating the ball nut within the gear case and enables a lower height design by reducing the dead space caused by the nut height. This allows users to lower the overall height of the equipment and create more room for lifting.

・Pitless with travel nut type
Pitless operation can now be achieved in environments where pits were previously required.

Requires a pit on the floor.
Travel Nut Type
Can be placed directly on the floor and does not require a pit.

・Continuous operation
Linispeed Jacks achieve the maximum of 100% ED for allowable load hourly rate, and provide continuous operation, which greatly contributes to increasing the productivity of the equipment.
Furthermore, the expected travel distance of the ball screw that follows high-frequency driving is achieved.

Linispeed Jacks have the same easy installation and ease of synchronized operation while enabling high-speed, high-frequency operations and lower height.
In addition, they can help make motors and couplings compact thanks to their high-speed input.
