Features

  • ・Available in two types

    There are two types that have different safety mechanisms. TB Type has a built-in wet slip clutch.

    The TC Type comes with a thrust detecting limit switch.

  • ・Wide variation

    A wide range of standard models are available depending on the application, thrust, and speed. You can choose the thrust from between 2.45kN and 39.2 kN, and the speed from 9mm/s and 120mm/s.

  • ・Positive actuation

    All models use a high-efficiency ball screw, quiet reducer, and reliable brake motor. In addition, a highly-reliable safety device is built into all series so as to work effectively against overload.

  • ・Wide variety of options

    Two types of stroke adjusting limit switches (external and internal types) and stroke sensors (potentiometer and rotary encoder types) are available, allowing for much easier control by a sequencer.

Proper use and structure of each type (protective device)

Two types are available, depending on the safety mechanism


  • ・B Type (With wet-type slip clutch )

    A wet slip clutch is built in at the end of the reducer screw shaft. The use of a special lining provides protection during overloads.

    By adopting a special lining, it provides a protective function even when the stroke is over.

B Type

  • ・C Type (Thrust detection limit switch )

    A thrust detection spring unit is built in to the bracket. It is effective during push/pull stopping or when electrical signals are required during overloads.

    An electrical signal is output even when an overload acts from the load side during stop or when the stroke is over.

    ※Particularly, the built-in spring bends and absorbs the impact load when it acts impactfully.

This is the rated thrust at which the product can operate.

This is the stroke distance of the actuator. The manufacturing scope depends on the thrust.

Z:This unit is suitable for variable frequency drives.

V:This specifies a power supply voltage and cycle rating of 400/400/440 VAC, and 50/60/60 Hz.

V1:This specifies a power supply voltage and cycle rating of 380VAC, and 50Hz.

V2:This specifies a power supply voltage and cycle rating of 380VAC, and 60Hz.

V3:This specifies a power supply voltage and cycle rating of 415VAC, and 50Hz.

V4:This specifies a power supply voltage and cycle rating of 460VAC, and 60Hz.

T1:This unit is heat-resistant to class F, 40℃

T2:Heat-resistance class F 60℃

T3:Heat-resistance class F 80℃

N:This specifies compliance with the CE marking directives.

L:This unit comes with two external limit switches for adjusting the stroke.

P:This unit has a built-in potentiometer for detecting the stroke position.

I:This comes with an I-shaped end fitting.
