Tsubaki's Linear Actuator includes electric cylinders and jacks that use high-quality in-house screws, and our original Zip Chain-driven Zip Chain Actuators.
Both the screw mechanism and the Zip Chain mechanism can be used in a wide range of applications such as high-speed and high-frequency operation and operation that requires high accuracy by making the best use of the features of the product.

※Zip Chain mechanism is our original technology in which two chains interlock like a zipper to form a single, strong column that can be used by 'pushing and pulling'.

What is the zip chain ?

Zip Chain is a chain uniquely developed by Tsubaki for pushing and pulling applications.

Two chains lock each other to form a single column, and is named as Zip Chain because it engages like a zipper.

Linear actuators (electrical cylinders) are actuators that can be used with simple wiring.

They feature easy handling due to not using hydraulics/pneumatics, and enable high performance/reliable operation through the use of a screw and nut mechanism for the cylinder portion.

In addition, they can significantly reduce electricity consumption compared to hydraulic and pneumatic mechanisms, thus making a significant contribution to reducing environmental impact.

Power cylinders with excellent compactness, high-speed operation and expected life contribute greatly to the productivity of equipment.
